Earthing
The practice of Earthing or grounding helps to connect our energy to Earth’s energy which we’ve lost through synthetic soles on shoes and limited time outdoors in bare feet. Grounding helps to reduce the positive charge from electricity and electronics that can overload our bodies and helps to return us to mirror Earth’s slightly negative charge, which is our natural, normal state or condition.

Sunrise, Sunset
For the past ten years I have maintained a (near) daily practice, weather and location permitting, of observing sunrise and sunset. A new study reveals the retinal circuit for encoding the light prominent at sunrise and sunset, and the color variants we can observe in that light. The circuit output is conveyed to the brain’s master circadian clock and helps to regulate wake/sleep cycles. Bonus: it’s nearly always beautiful and sometimes breathtaking, which is part of its healing therapy. Must be outside as window glass filters the light. Glasses or contacts are fine since they focus the light.
