What Energy Yoga Is Not

IG poses, hot anything, the same practice every session, a competition.

It is

Elemental, Seasonal, Individual. It helps to balance hormones. Yin and Yang. It moves your energies in cohesive and beneficial patterns. Your breathing will deepen and improve. Over time you may find it essential to your well being as it moves you toward healing consciousness.

You may think of your energy as simply high or low…

you may feel energetic and lively, or tired and fatigued. Perhaps you have a vague sense of feeling off or sluggish. You can learn so much more about how your energy systems work. You can (and should!) interact with your body’s energy flows to create an upswell of vibrancy and health. This is a Yoga practice that will show you how to do that.
